At our facility in Johannesburg, raw lumber is graded, shaped, pressed and robotically cut to the highest quality and accuracy standards.
We offer a wide range of structural mass timber solutions in Cross-laminated Timber (CLT) as well as Glue-laminated Timber (GLT) beams and columns.

There are always projects that don't make it off the drawingboard (or computer screen). This is a counter-proposal from a while back that we really liked but didn't make it past the concept stage. The scheme imagines a mixed-use project which utilises a hybrid timber and concrete structure.
Last year was massively formative for the team at MTT and 2024 will be more of the same. We have some very exciting news for the year ahead that we are itching to share. For now, what we can say is that it is going to be another jam-packed 12 months of pushing the envelope of sustainable and high-performance timber.
These mock-ups allow architects, engineers, and builders to evaluate the design and assembly process before construction begins. By simulating the final structure, it becomes possible to fine-tune details, assess tolerances, and optimize assembly sequences.
